
Wellington Hockey is proud to congratulate the athletes selected in the 2026 New Zealand Under 21 Men’s and Women’s squads, announced by Hockey New Zealand following the recent Junior Hockey League campaign.
These selections recognise the outstanding performances, commitment, and continued development of some of Wellington’s most exciting young hockey talent as they enter the next stage of the national pathway programme.

Wellington Hockey has honoured two of the region's most influential figures, Dayle Jackson and Peter Miskimmin, by naming its Premier Challenge Shields in their recognition. The initiative celebrates their extraordinary contributions to hockey while adding greater history and prestige to the weekly Premier One competition.
