Registrations are now open for the 2026 National Masters Hockey Tournament, taking place in North Harbour from 22–28 February 2026.


The National Masters is a competitive and inclusive event for players aged 35+, focused on participation, community, and the love of the game.


Wellington Players — Key Dates:

  • Registration closes: 8 October 2025

  • Trial 1: 11 October 2025 (NHS)

  • Trial 2: 19 October 2025 (NHS)

  • Teams named: 31 October 2025

  • Uniform store open: 31 Oct – 21 Nov 2025

  • Team registered with HNZ: by 6 Dec 2025

  • Tournament: 22–28 February 2026


Estimated Cost: $1300–$1600 per player (plus travel and uniforms) — covers accommodation, transport, tournament fees, food, coaching, training, and umpire contributions.
