Join the After School Hockey Club in Term 1, 2025, offering fun and skill-based hockey for young players.

Wellington Hockey is excited to announce the return of the After School Hockey Club (ASHC) for Term 1 in 2025! Designed for kids in Years 1–6, this programme offers a fun, supportive environment for young players to develop their hockey skills for all levels, stay active, and make new friends.


The programme will run for six weeks, starting from Monday, 10th February, and will feature four convenient HUBs across the Wellington region: National Hockey Stadium (NHS), Fraser Park, Karori, and Maidstone. To top it off, there will be a special bonus "Bring a Friend" fun day session at each location on either the 24th, 26th or 27th of March.


Session Details:

Years 1–3: 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM

Years 4–6: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

Cost: $60 (includes six sessions + one bonus fun day)


Locations and Days:

NHS: Mondays, starting 10th February 2025

Fraser Park & Karori Normal School: Thursdays, starting 13th Feburary 2025

Maidstone Park: Wednesdays, starting 12th February 2025

Masters Teams Deliver Strong National Results

Our Masters teams delivered an outstanding week at the National Tournament, proudly fielding four women’s and six men’s sides, including our first ever Women’s 60s team. With two gold medals, two silvers and a number of strong top four finishes, it was a week that showcased the strength and spirit of our Masters community.
