Wellington Hockey is proud to congratulate three of our officials who have been selected to umpire at the 2025 Vantage National Under 18 Tournament, taking place from 29th June to 5th July.
Josh McDougall will head south to Timaru for the U18 Men’s Tournament, while Ashley Hanaray and Selina Akavi will travel north to officiate at the U18 Women’s Tournament in North Harbour.
This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work, commitment, and development these umpires have shown. It’s also a valuable opportunity for them to challenge themselves at a national level and continue growing alongside some of the best up-and-coming officials from across the country.
Congratulations to Josh, Ashley, and Selina on their well-deserved selections! We wish you all the best for the tournament.
