Club Representative Links
Club secretaries are required to complete the necessary forms for any dispensation requests, match re-schedule requests, and other competition-related submissions. Use the links below to access and submit these forms to ensure compliance with WHA competition requirements.

Required for player eligibility, movement between teams, and other requests.

Must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled match, unless the draw hasn’t been published 2 weeks in advance.

Subsequent Individual Registrations Notification
Clubs are required to notify WHA when registering new players into teams post season commencement date to confirm they have been allocated to a team.
