Wellington officials Viv and Steven Dyhrberg and Technical Official Nylan Profitt head to Europe for WMH World Cup tournaments

Wellington Hockey officials Viv and Steven Dyhrberg are preparing for an exciting international opportunity this year as they head to Europe for the World Masters Hockey World Cup tournaments in Rotterdam and Brasschaat.

At the Rotterdam tournament, both Viv and Steven will officiate as umpires, while in Brasschaat Viv will continue in an umpiring role and Steven will step into the role of umpire coach.

Joining them in Rotterdam will be Nylan Profitt, who has been appointed as a Technical Official for the tournament. Nylan was also involved as a Technical Official at the 2024 World Masters Hockey tournaments in Auckland, continuing to build his experience on the international stage.

The appointments build on the valuable experience the trio gained during the 2024 World Masters Hockey tournaments in Auckland and provide another opportunity to reconnect with officiating colleagues from around the world, while also meeting new faces within the global hockey community.

Viv, Steven and Nylan are proud to represent Wellington Hockey internationally and are grateful for the opportunities that hockey continues to provide.
