U21 Representative Trials – 2026

Wellington Hockey invites players to trial for selection in our U21 Men’s and Women’s teams competing at the 2026 Educare U21 Matariki Tournament hosted here in Wellington.

This is a great opportunity for players looking to challenge themselves at a higher level and represent Wellington.

Trial Details

Dates: Wednesday 22 April 2026 and Wednesday 29 April 2026

Time: 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Location: National Hockey Stadium (NHS)

All players are expected to attend both trial sessions where possible.

Tournament Information

Event: Educare U21 Matariki Tournament

Dates: 3–6 July 2026

Location: Wellington

Selected teams will represent Wellington across the tournament.

Eligibility

To be eligible for selection, players must:

Be over 18 and under 21 as of 1 January 2026
Be available for the full tournament period (3–6 July 2026)
Be committed to attending trainings and team requirements if selected

Registration

All players must register prior to attending trials.
