A local 11 a-side competition tailored for our Masters players as preparation for team selection for the National Masters Tournament in February.
Summer Hockey - Masters League
Our Masters 11-a-side hockey competition is for players aged 33 (or turning 33 by the end of 2023) and over.
Team entries are welcomed from clubs or groups not specifically affiliated with clubs, so come give Masters Hockey a go!
Competition Information
The competition will run for 7 weeks starting on Thursday 17th October and finishing on 28th November 2024. Games will be played at NHS, Fraser, and Maidstone to help accommodate teams from over the hill. Games will be played at 6.45pm, 7.45pm and 8.45pm – Games are 2 x 25-minute halves.
Age: Anyone turning 33 plus or turning 33 before the 31st December 2024*
* Dispensation can be requested for Goal keepers if none are available.
Cost: $650 per team
The format of the competition will be structured based on the number of team entries. Teams need to be registered by Thursday 11 October, with the draw published by 5.00pm Monday 14th October.
