WHA is pleased to be able to announce the EXPLORE Programme is back for 2022. This is a 6-week, pre-season skill development programme that will refine, develop and extend individuals core skills in the lead up to the season ahead.
The programme has been designed by WHA staff and will be delivered by representative coaches or players. Weekly sessions are held on a Sunday afternoon at NHS. You also can choose to commit to the entire 6-week programme or opt in on the individual sessions that you want to attend.
We are also pleased to announce a Kapiti based programme for a condensed 4 week block due to delays in the resurfacing of the turf.
