National Hockey Championship

Wellington Hockey will once again enter a Men's and Women's team into the Tier 1 NHC competition in 2023. A timeline for the campaign will run as follows:

​

- May - Player expression of interest 

- June - Trial matches/trainings 

- July - Initial squad selected and trainings 

- August - Final team named and trainings 

- 25-27 August - Ōtautahi Cup in Christchurch 

- 3 September - match v Manawatu 

- 10-16 September - NHC in Hamilton

Men - Bjorn Dix 

Women - Hugh Rosemergy
