Nomination Form for Wellington U18 Boys 2012, please send this onto info@wellingtonhockey.org.nz to register your interest.  Nominations should come through schools or clubs.  Selectors will invite players to trial from the list of nominees.

1.    All  nominations will be reviewed and a short list will be selected and posted on the WHA web site  
2.    From the trials a squad of 25-30 players will be selected to attend trainings to select the final U18A and Development teams
