Trials 2011:

We are now calling for nominations for the U11 boys and girls representative teams.

WHA will only be accepting nominations from coaches and not individuals. If you are interested in nominating your child you need to contact their coach.

Coaches and parents need to take the following into consideration when making nominations.

1. Are they the best U11 players in the team?

2. Is the player capable technically, physically and tactically to play U11 representative hockey?

3. Is the player able to attend all training and quad tournaments in the rep program?

In previous years we have has upwards of 70 players turn up to trials. Many of these players are simply not up to standard, please think very carefully when nominating a player as we place undue stress on the selectors and embarrassment on the players.

Trials are not an opportunity for the players to gain experience, this is done playing for their clubs.

WHA reserves the right to reject nominated players from the trials.
